Winters Promise
Winters Promise
White dust coveres the ground cascading down the mountians. The bare bones of winter reveal what is in the distance. Although the trees are bare, they aren’t dead, they are very much alive. The are patiently awaiting spring when new life comes.
We have this hope in our hearts, that new life will come. What we know as beautiful cannot compare to what is ahead.
‘Wrong will be right, when Aslan comes in sight, At the sound of his roar, sorrows will be no more, When he bares his teeth, winter meets its death, And when he shakes his mane, we shall have spring again.’ - C.S. Lewis
We hope in his return, and when he comes he will retore that which is broken. Because of this hope, it is well with my soul.
